You can now book the entire lounge for your special event. Below is the main information you may need, however final bookings must be made by emailing us at info@aardvarkwinelounge.com or contacting us at 920.737.7563 and paying the necessary deposit OR booking on our website.
Rental - Entire Lounge:
- 4 hours ($10 extra for every hour after):
- Fee (This is also the Deposit):
a. Before Hours, i.e. between 9 am to 4 pm - Any Day = $100 (Minimum people: 15)
b. Operating Hours, i.e. between 4 pm and 11 pm - Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays = $150 (Minimum people: 15)
c. Operating Hours, i.e. between 4 pm and 11 pm - Fridays & Saturdays = $400 (Minimum people: 22)
Drink options:
- Prepaid cards for wine stations (min $10 per card) - you add a minimum amount and guests pay over and above
- Bottle Service - wine station optional (i.e. Select and pay bottles of wine in advance)
- Cash wine service - wine stations, i.e. guests pays
- Open wine service - wine stations, i.e. hosts pays
- Beer and Non-alcoholic beverages also available.
- Stand alone cash or open bar: includes liquor, beer and other drinks
Add on's:
- Coffee/Tea station available at an additional charge of $30
- DJ - please inquire with events coordinator.
- Sommelier - please inquire with events coordinator
- Flower arrangement - please inquire with events coordinator
Not included:
- Cake/Cupcakes - you may provide your own
- Specialized decorations - you may provide your own
- Gratuity to serving staff - an additional 20% service charge will be applied to the final bill.
- Prices exclude tax.

Food must be ordered from our menu - sufficient food will be made depending on number of attendees;
